I’m disgusted to write a negative review. I used this app twice and received my order and notice negative comments by users about not reviewing their orders. Well, it happened to me. I truly understand backlogs and needing more time I’m even flexible enough to be ok with a different delivery IF given the COURTESY of communication. Third time- MT ORDER NEVER arrived and now I’m in a prolonged and ongoing battle just to get a refund!! Ridiculous! I can even understand some error I’m getting me order but not when I have what Numerous messages that I never received my order and not being refunded! Just give e me my money back! It’s baffling. E aware- it works great until you they commit fraud. I am having now you too through the fraud department of my credit card.

I have used this app twice and while the first time wasn't an issue, the second time has been an utter fail. I will give credit that they reimbursed my money for the non-delivery. This app won't survive if customers have to continually check their emails and wait for responses. Once an issue is reported, they should ensure it's corrected and follow up until it's resolved without making the customer do it for them. Now I am still left with having to find a new gift for our sons birthday that this order was supposed to be delivered to 3 days ago.

Added $50 to my order for no reason, then the delivery driver walked up on my porch, then walked away, without leaving my order. I can’t answer the door because I have COVID. Absolute garbage.

I looked up a specific bourbon and their online advertisement stated “ download app” This gave me the impression it was available. After a somewhat lengthy log in process. The product I wanted was unavailable. Lol. ???
Nothing loads

I’ve uninstalled and tried resetting the app. Nothing. When I tap on a new section to see the alcohol, nothing comes up. It just loads and loads nonstop. It’s not my internet, everything else on my phone is loading perfectly fine.
Inaccurate Order

I ordered a bunch of gingerbread stout. They delivered watermelon steel reserve instead. I told the driver it was wrong and he said “ok” and walked away. Two stars for quick delivery time. At least I didn’t have to wait to be disappointed.
