This app has the worst customer service ever . The agents are rude and are very useless. The chat agents answer with an automated response and the over the phone ones just hang up .

messes up my order sometimes which is fine or whatever, but now it’s wanting to say it needs a second card for that address when it’s never done that before. just started doing that. added a new card and it said not valid or cannot be done, just something different all the time..

I give this service 5 stars. The app is very nice and very easy to navigate. My dasher Vera from Salem Oregon was very punctual and sweet and kept me informed the whole time. Definitely would recommend and will be using again in the future! Thank you

Their customer service is awful. Even when an issue is there fault, they will tell you they are sorry but there is nothing they can do. So incredibly frustrating. They are by far the worst delivery service out there. The app constantly says “we are very busy please try again later” and will not perform tasks. Just terrible. Avoid at all costs.

Love using DoorDash! The deal they have with MasterCard holders is great! But 8 times out of 10 the app doesn’t have the right prices or is just plain missing items. I’ll open up the actual app for the restaurant I want and they’ll have the food items I want and the right size combo meal. Sometimes they are even cheaper. But the delivery fees kill me in the end, and they use DoorDash to deliver it to me?? I’m hoping it’s just the app version I have on my phone? iPhone 11 max. Other than that, customer support has ALWAYS been a 10 out of 10 experience, and they have answered all of my emails.
