Two stars because I only use this app when I have to. It’s overpriced and unreliable. $30 order for a sandwhich, and a dasher won’t see much of that.

1st time order received free delivery They called & told me a couple items weren’t available & to cancel my order& redo it so now I didn’t get the free delivery ?
Fraud, never delivered and lied

I ordered through their national delivery service and never received my order. I contacted them three times about my order and their customer service kept telling me it was just late and still coming. Finally, the fourth time I contacted them they said it was too late to get a refund because it was too far past its delivery date. So basically they lied and kept delaying a refund until it was too late. This is just fraud. Don’t order from them.

I would not suggest anyone take advantage of this method of service but it has been a great source of relief to have when things are open and available to receive food orders to be delivered. But there is one gnawing thing and that’s the forgetfulness when it comes to providing eating utensils and napkins!!!!! This has become such an annoyance to me and it’s why I will from now on be raring each and every meal or item I purchase from now on. Because if we were sitting at a table in a establishment being served would we be eating with our hands or would their be silverware and napkins and utensils and such available for use????? Besides this some of the Dashers are not good readers and do not follow instructions very well. so please encourage them to take that extra second and read consumers additional wants and needs you are all getting paid to supply a service please do y be half assign this role of service either!!! It’s beneficial for Everybody!
No promos for existing users

I don’t like how they never have promo codes for existing users. Rather only new users. You’d think they’d give some discounts to loyal customers. Uber eats does all of the time.

i barley order from here anymore, but when i do it’s terrible! always messing up my order or giving wrong items. $80 order cancelled for no reason and money hasn’t came back. “we’re trying to do better” no. you’re not. use ubereats instead. lower prices and always the best service! never had issues with ubereats!
