Cost too much and orders are typically cold (drivers make multiple stops while delivering my order), orders are usually incorrect or look like they’ve been through a blender when I get them.
Overcharges on the App

The prices listed on the app are a lot higher than the prices you would pay in the restaurant. I’m not talking about the taxes and delivery fees. The next time you order something, go to the restaurants website and compare the prices. They also messed up and didn’t give me some food that I ordered. They only reimbursed me $2. Never had a good experience with their customer service.

I been trying to place a order for the longest but it keeps saying could not validate I tried every card I had all have the same billing address but nothing it’s really putting a damper in my life and I’m angry about it cuz I tried everything in the book but nothing is working
Terrible Company and Worse Management

I can’t understand how this failure of a management managed to take this company public! They can’t hire “dashers” who can read directions, I’ve requested management to call me 24 times the past month alone and requested a copy my chat history with their terrible customer service 15 times and I’ve been waiting ever since, they’ll make you wait and wait and wait then disconnect the chat or never get back on the call! Unreal as it’s terrible, pay a little extra with any different app and save yourself the headache and agony!
Too Expensive

I ordered something that was about two dollars. It was only one item and the total was seven dollars. If Doordash wasn't like this, I'd keep ordering from the app. But overall, it's not as bad it's just the expenses.
Cancelation Continues

Every time I order from door dash my order is cancelled. The restaurant always cancels the order. The. My funds don’t get reimbursed for 2 days. It should allow the restaurant to take the order if it’s busy in the first place. I swear I never see my money refunded . Just goes into the either! Not happy. Please fix this

The Fee's can be overwhelming, I also drive for Doordash, but I don't get very much extra tip and this could be the reason WHY! Nice for the convenience... if time would be quicker than it's all worth the HIGH FEES.
