I have no idea how this app hasn’t been taken off the App Store. They have several restaurants in my area listed for delivery, but the restaurants have absolutely no contract with this delivery service. This causes MAJOR issues for restaurants as they get complaints for things missing, menus being wrong, cold food. THERE IS NO QUALITY CONTROL! How is DoorDash allowed to do this?! Take this app off the App Store!!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. First order was canceled by then then the second took forever to get. Still waiting and by the new time I get it it's 2 hours from order time IF it doesn't change again

This is by far the worst service in MN. My order has never come on time and 3 out of the 5 times I ordered my food never came. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP.

Facebook sign up doesn't work

There's nothing more frustrating than an app that tries to integrate a Facebook login and it doesn't work. Nothing happens, you just get stuck with a blank white page.

After a 2hr wait they cancelled my order!!!

My first 2 orders were perfect.. after that it got worse and worse! After tonight I won’t ever use this app again. I waited 2hrs for my order, (turns out a “dasher” can assign themselves to your order and then sit on it and then un-assign themselves!!) so after 2hrs the restaurant was closed and my order was cancelled!!! When I called the dasher he was extremely rude.. I asked if he picked up my order yet (honestly I was just gonna go get it myself at this point) when he raised his voice and told me “how can I already pick up your order if I just received it” I ordered it an hour and a half before so I was unaware he just “received it” then, I was the 48th person in line to speak to customer service so now, after 2.5hrs I have to go to a drive thru somewhere to get my own food! Best part? My money won’t be credited to my account for 5 days now!!! If you want your food at a decent time don’t use this app!

Slow, unreliable, and with zero customer service. Order never arrived and, after waiting on hold to talk to someone about it, was finally admonished to have called earlier. I did!

This company does a poor job of protecting the rights of users. I ordered meals here for many times without sending them at all. The delivery staff were not willing to call or send text messages, but the display had already arrived. Really bad! Hope to have a better company.

They lure you in with low fees then hit you with the orders that get canceled without notice and with the late orders missing key components. By the time you know you need to order again, most restaurants are closed and you’re up a creek. You might think this is a steal compared to other services, but let’s just say you get what you pay for.

Do not order late at night they don’t have drivers. 1 hr into ordering and food had to cancel because they didn’t have drivers. Horrible my guest and I had to go out and buy food. Horrible !
