Finally used this app for the first time. Food delivery was fast with no issues. The driver was also very nice and I enjoyed the text message updates.

I’ve used it 5 times now, first time was a disaster (over an hour late, order wrong), 3 times it was perfect (food on time or early, order perfect, food hot) and once it was almost perfect (the app didn’t update so it said my food was still not picked up and then the driver showed up- on time I’ll add). So if they can continue to iron out kinks it’s a nice option to have

I’ve ordered with this app 4 times and 3 of those times were terrible experiences! 2 times I ordered, my money was refunded without warning or explanation after 45-60 minutes of waiting! Just now I cancelled my order after waiting almost 2 hours! I had a live chat with Eduardo A. He was absolutely ZERO help! I told him how late my order was and after checking on when the restaurant closes, his response was “This is awesome. The restaurant is still open to except the order.” How is me waiting even longer for an order that was supposed to have already placed awesome?! And I took screen shots of this poor conversation. DoorDash, get new employees that have at least decent customer service skills! Unacceptable! I will not use this app again!

I think the tipping should be after we get the food instead of before. Otherwise how are you going to know if you have a good service? Some menus are different from the restaurant (doesn’t have as many options) and even lesser options than Uber eats! Overall clean and self explanatory, I love using this app!

A friend/coworker referred me to the app while we waited for a delivery. Food came 2 hrs late delivered by a full family in a car. Food was cold and everything was overpriced. I’m deleting this app.

More than an option

I tried them once and the driver was rude and didn’t want to get out of their car (weird). Then tried them twice and the driver was great but they overcharged me. I’m going back to Uber eats.

I have had mostly good experiences with the app and the company, but I wish there was an easy way to adjust the tip after they deliver food. Sometimes they do a great job, get everything right, and are quick and other times they do not check the order or they take incredibly long detours that cause your order to be delayed by 20-30 minutes or more. It would be nice to not be locked into a tip before the services are provided.
