This delivery service has gone further and further downhill. The drivers in my area are terrible and the food never comes on time and is usually wrong. The drivers rarely ever come to my door and park down the street and then call me and I’ll have to walk to them and they’ll hand me my food through their window. Seems pretty unprofessional. Support is abysmal as well.

I’ve ordered 3 times from 3 different restaurants - each time food has been late & food has been cold. Last time 1.5 Hour late - driver picked up food & made stops no where near my house. Not sure how routing works w this app, but this business model is not compatible w delivering fresh edible food.

They took $10 out my my account with no notification when I used my friends discount code and they said it will take 5-7 business days to be put back... never using again.

Honestly, compared to other food delivery services, this one is hands down the best one! They offer way more restaurants and have fast delivery time; considering I live in the city. The customer service is awesome too!

This is not just some San Francisco only delivery startup. I’m in a non-capital city in another western state and it works here when nothing else does for food delivery. There are plenty of options too. They’ve done an outstanding job of getting restaurants on board. Not only that but it’s fast. Almost as fast as me getting takeout myself. It’s WAY faster than pizza delivery. The app is easy to use and lets you follow the progress with push or text notifications. Love that it works with Apple Pay.

Had the worst experience today with this company!!!!! I referred my coworkers and was so embarrassed that I did. We ordered $120 worth of food and they forgot an entire bag. They refused to just pick up the missing bag from Cheesecake Factory and wouldn’t give us a refund for the missing items. They offered $25 only and appeared to have customer service in another country, couldn’t understand anyone on phone at company including the “supervisor.” I told them that if they couldn’t fix this then we wouldn’t order again. “Supervisor” said “ok, no problem” !!!???
