I ordered -mistake was the delivery address was same as restaurant; called & instead of full refund I requested a partial credit was issued. I lost the fee and delivery on order that was not delivered and had to pay fee & tip again to get a new delivery. I’m out an extra fee and tip. who got the first sandwich? lol

I’m so over DoorDash if you put your trust in random people to bring you your food and they do all types of things to ruin your food I got my order messed up three times and then you have to wait three days for your refund your food always arrives freezing it’s not worth it

DoorDash uses scrupulous disruptive tactics to create a “revolutionary” business model or DoorDash uses its work force, vehicle, time, & safety for a quick buck, knowing while the profitability for the employee is non existing except for maybe their time, heavy emphasis on maybe. In building a brighter future for all scrupulously business tactics like this should not be allowed which cooked executives take home fat paycheck to only boaster in their glory while the the working class is delivering for unfair pay propping up their model. Have some integrity or development technology that does.

Im so done with using this app. Constant issues. If it’s not the door dasher then it’s the restaurants. Drivers tend to not deliver food that I paid for but says it’s been “delivered”. If it’s not that then it’s something is wrong or stuff is constantly missing.

Being able to order via an app is great BUT how much it costs for their taxes and fees is ridiculous. I really only order when I can’t get out of the office or I’m sick at home. Not really worth it because they make it so expensive.

Doordash is way better than UBER ... But it does have its hit or miss days. Satisfied is the word. Not impressed but i except it.
