I’m not sure how the algorithm works with the fake rating on here but DoorDash is terrible! Poor customer service never on time and lots of hidden fees and costs.

The app has separate settings for delivery push notifications and promotional push notifications. I have delivery ones turned on and promo ones turned off, but I am constantly bombarded by promo push notifs. Many of them aren’t even valid—like if I try to use the discount, it’s expired. Tried reaching out to customer service and they’re useless.

I’ve been using this app for a while and in lieu of things like the recent quarantine and such services such as this have become invaluable. DoorDash as compared to the other ones I would say is more user-friendly and they definitely work with you if you have any issues on the store side of the ordering process. They make sure that the menu that they offer is accurate and is updated in accordance to what the stores provide and communication with the drivers is efficient affective and anonymous. There are still some issues regarding collecting orders so I can’t give it a full five stars but I have every confidence that they will work to make that even better!

I had Postmates for a year, so glad I changed to doordash pass. Faster service, more accurate prices, better user interface, and better discount deals! Postmates required $50+ orders to get a discount, I’m one person I won’t eat that much

No refund and no communication

My money wasn’t refunded and they didn’t inform me that Popeyes wasn’t available. So I had to order and I was called by my dasher that Popeyes wasn’t available, so they haven’t refunded my money

Best thing ever created now I don’t have to leave out late for when it can pull up to my door step

Doordash it's okay, but now they charge a lot of money most of the times now that I order they end up charging me over $10 of service fees and taxes together. What bothers me the most is that the app now automatically picks the tip for the driver and it bothers me a lot because last time I was at school in class and I wanted my food to be delivered when i got home and I didn't pay attention and I gave my driver over $7 and then, they left my food like on the door and when I opened the door, because I HAD TO OPEN THE DOOR to get my food of course the food fell because of the way it was placed. They should change that about the app.

I got the app because I didn’t want to drive in the snow. It was great for that day but 2/3 of my orders overall have been wrong or missing a piece. I went in to the app to say I didn’t receive the item and it’s like we can’t refund you. Go figure. Not worth all the extra fees for me.
