Need to get more Restaurants for my Area

They need more restaurants in my area. It’s a pretty small town and there’s like two popular Asian restaurants in my area that are not on the app. I’d use this app a lot more if they had Saigon Cafe I know that much.

Service fees for doordash have gotten out of control. I will likely stop using this service and start driving to get my own. This really screws the hard working drivers as well considering ths fact that if you charge a 15% service fee, its likely that the tip is going to be minimal for the drivers that keep your service alive. Dont be so greedy, get it together door dash!

I will never be use this again me and my friend had ordered from this app and it never even arrived it was constantly moving the time up and customer service was no help and they couldn’t even get a dasher it was a wast of time we ordered at 2pm and had to cancel it at almost 7pm they wasted our time I will not be using this ever again nor will I be telling others to use it and from a review I’ve seen it looks like they have also been like this and the dashers are very rude
Need to make combos an option

The app is great and all but the one thing that keeps happening is that there is no combos option for fast food orders and this can get confusing when the app offers a combo and you are actually just choosing one thing off of the menu

I ordered Buffalo Wild Wings last night and it never came. I am now using the credit that was applied to my account for this order. I am reluctant to order again but hope it comes this time.

For an order that’s 7.5 miles away, it shouldn’t take an hour and a half to deliver my food. Get rid of the double dash feature because it ensures that your food arrives cold.
