Waste of time

Never heard of this app until my girlfriend bought a couch. So they agreed at the store to delivery my couch at 2pm. 2pm comes around and they call telling me that they’re too busy and need to delay the delivery til 6pm. I say ok, even though it’s my day off, but whatever. I have this guy texting me all day that he’s just waiting for another helper since it’s a two man job and he can’t do it alone. Now its 630 and no couch at my place so I call the furniture store. I find out that they will not be delivering today. So I cancel the delivery and go with a different delivery service. What a waste of my time! I prefer not to spend my days off waiting around for an incompetent delivery service. Take your chance with this app if you want but from my experience I would never try it again. If you want your things delivered on time, I wouldn’t recommend Dolly.

I had Joel G and his assistant. They were great! They both worked efficiently and carefully to ensure my furniture was transported with no damage. Joel even gave me some tips and tricks about how to keep the furniture clean and what material to put on the feet of the furniture to keep them from damaging my wood floors. Awesome job!

This app is ridiculous. It tried to charge me $46 for a 5 mins ride from Home Depot. What a comp'ete waste of money and time. Dont bother.
Best Way to Move In

Mike and Taylor arrived on-time, went right to work unloading our heavy boxes and furniture. They treated our things with care and were willing to do the "extras" that we're very helpful to us. Great experience.

Simon was my driver and man was I super hesitant about this app but it was the absolute BeST decision!! Don't think twice about using this service. It's fantastic. It's like Uber for moving. Why did t I think of this??

Bought a sofa sectional at 330 and if was on our living room at 6. Uber for furniture! Excellent.
