They charged me for canceling when I needed to edit the time right after I had sent a request .

Kellen was great! He was patient with a tricky parking situation. He arrived right on time, and worked efficiently and courteously. I will call again in the future!

I had a service performed yesterday and it has been absolute HELL dealing with Dolly since then. They overcharged me, then continued for 20 min on the phone to try explain why before they said they’ll fix the charge. During that call the supervisor was rude and not very helpful until the end. Even then, triple charged my card. Once they fixed the charge, I noticed an additional $93 charge along with another pending charge, when my account has already been charged the full amount for the service. I called them today to resolve, call was about 20 minutes and for 15 minutes of that call I was on hold. Being told there’s nothing they can do and have to figure out their system first. This is their mistake and not one apology. Now I have to wait for a supervisor to reach out, but this has been the most unprofessional and worst customer experience I’ve ever had. Never using Dolly again.

Totally unhappy with your service. I scheduled this on Tuesday the 1st. Everything was set - mover and all. Wasn't until 615 today - day of my move that anyone contacted me to say this didn't have people scheduled. What the??????! Now what am I supposed to do? This a move for work. I start in Monday. I will be telling and sharing it to everyone I know. Thank you for the unnecessary stress bc you don't communicate

A couple of things were a bit off. The address dropped the end and left off the N for North and they ended up in a different part of town. Not sure they really understood the size of what they were moving and had to make two trips.

I appreciate the great service I had today. I had given the driver the wrong address and he was kind enough to get a hold of me (even though I was actually in the doctors office at the time !!) and waited patiently while I tried to figure out the correct address. Anyway I will use Dolly again. I don’t see any way to tip am I missing something (I’m not very good at this). Kathy

I canceled a request 10 mins after I made the request and I didn't need the help until 3pm the next day.
