I bought a piece of furniture from Crate & Barrels clearance section and was told that they do not offer delivery on clearance items, but they use and recommend Dolly. I signed up via the app and was able to schedule a delivery within a matter of hours for the same day!! Edgar and Juan were amazing!!

This was my first time using this app.y original helper was unable to fulfill the delivery. He did not contact me to cancel and left me high and dry. I contacted Dolly and within 10 mins they were on it. Within 45 they reposted my Dolly request and found another helper within 1 hour for the next day. The second set of helpers where EXTREMELY efficient, professional and cane on time. They were polite and communicative. Jake and Charolette were God sent. I would recommend this app despite what originally happened. The Dolly app is extremely responsive to complaints so if something goes wrong they will handle it. My original helper did reach out to me to apologize. I recommend.

Keith and Francisco were fantastic. I had a refrigerator that needed to fit a tight turn down into the basement and it required some thought and planning. I had two other companies that said it couldn’t be done. Clearly Keith and Francisco proved them wrong.

Have used Dolly a few times. Never had a problem. I just had back surgery and had to move apt units within the same building. Trusting of their previous service, I used them again yesterday and had a bad experience...although it was not the error of the movers, they had no absolutely no compassion or empathy regarding Dolly’s mix up. They simply left the both apartments with the doors wide open without me even there and with half the furniture and valuables still in my old apt. Had to find other ways to solve this cause of my back.
First Time Using Dolly and They Failed

I bought a plant. I was excited to see that Dolly could provide this service as this plant is large (6’ CLUSIA) and it obviously could not fit in my car. I downloaded the app. I got Cameron T. With a Nissan Pathfinder 2009, confirmed to be pick up my plant at 3pm. Cameron texts an hour before 3pm and asks if it’s alright if he could extend the time as he needed more time-I said no problem. 4pm is fine as the nursery closes at 5pm. A little after 4pm he cancels and Dolly is sends me a text notifying me that they are searching for a new mover. It was already 4:16. I canceled the entire trip as I did not have time to wait as the nursery was closing at 5. DONT TAKE A JOB if you can’t commit to the time. Cameron should have hustled to find a replacement mover in his place, rather than to leave a client hanging at the last hour- WITH NO PLANT.
