One of the worst services I have ever used. I’ve hired strangers on Craig’s list that only spoke Chinese and they did a better job and were way more reliable. When I asked for a refund because it was SOOOO bad they said they don’t do that and she would talk to her supervisor and call me back and still hasn’t. Do NOT WASTED YOUR TIME OR MONEY.

I needed to move a single dresser from one city to another (about 25 miles). I got a quote from a company with “mini mover” in the name and it would have been almost $300 to pick up and drop off! I downloaded the app and booked my pick up a couple weeks in advance. The original helper dropped the job but someone picked it up right away and it worked great. $60 to move the dresser and we opted to be the second helper to keep the cost down. Our helper arrived early, dropped off the dresser and got it inside with our help. We paid and tipped through the app. Definitely worked for me, I’ll probably use this occasionally as I need to move small items.

Scheduled service well in advance. After being well outside the arrival window, I contacted the helper who said he was “stuck in a traffic jam”. Well when you live in a metro area there is always going to be traffic at 9am! Needless to say extremely disappointed and won’t bother with the service again.

Dolly was canceled right before, now I’m screwed.

My Dolly was canceled 2 hrs before the start time. I scheduled it 3 weeks in advance, helpers were confirmed within a day, and I communicated with the scheduled helpers 3 days prior. Now it’s a Saturday morning, in a big city, and I have no one to help me unload my moving truck. Very upset.
