Convenient but not dependable

Very convenient between my friends and I we have used it a couple of times but is not ver dependable. The pickup window has been a joke. They are generally very late (+2-3hr is common), which is fine if you are moving apartments but not if you are waiting outside a store for moving large item you’ve just purchased. Once the movers are there then the whole transaction has been pretty good for me.

Horrible. They were referred to me by a friend. I had never used them before. We’re supposed to come today between 9-9:30. At 9:20 they emailed me they weren’t coming. No explanation. What a sh**show company.
Helper Canceled, No Notification

Our helper canceled at the last minute and we didn’t receive any notification, so we were inconvenienced and ultimately didn’t get what we needed moved when we wanted it.

John and his assistant were awesome! Cannot say enough about these guys. Prompt, courteous and very friendly. Will definitely recommend and use again!
Wasted my day

No good. Wasted my day. They took the money and they didn’t find anyone to do my move. 11 to 12 noting gave them second chance 2:30 to 3:30 nothing again

Hired to move a treadmill from our basement up 2 flights of stairs. Dolly helpers caused significant damage to walls, stairs, floor, and hand rails. Over 20 emails later with Dolly support and almost 2 months and no resolution. They said I had to submit a claim to my insurance before they would or could submit one to theirs even though I have 40 pictures showing the damage caused by their team.

I wanted furniture taken to the local dump. The lead replied he had never taken anything to the dump before. I simply googled the dump policies and sent them over to him. I suggested he call to confirm details. He responded the I needed to call and figure out a way to go with him to the dump. He simply put more on me and made the arrangement more complicated than it had to be. I lost interest and cancelled the dolly. I thanked him for his quick responses and told him I would figure something else out.

Scheduled a Dolly Helper for a move one month in advance. Supposed to show up between 8-8:30. Received a text at 9 saying they had to cancel, sorry! Horrible service, never use.
