Keeps crashing!

I’ve never crashed my drone, but this app won’t even stay open for more than 30 seconds. Went out to do a job and couldn’t even do it because the app won’t work. FIX IT! What the crap! I expect more.

The features of the app are totally fine but the constant crashing of this app render it nearly useless. I’m on my 3rd reinstall of the app in one day. It works fine for a while, but for whatever reason it just starts crashing after some use. I’m using my iPhone X, newest software available and so on. Hopefully this is repaired soon, otherwise I have a neat paper weight in the shape of a drone.

Thanks DJI app for ruining my chance at capturing the footage I really needed while on this trip. Never had any problems with the app but now as soon as I it goes up in flight it shuts off! FIX THIS ASAP!!! We already spend $1000 of dollars on your product least you can flipping do is make it WORK so we could actually use your product!!!!!!!!!!

Constant Problems

The app itself would be great if it would stay open. It continuously closes when attempting to fly my spark. When you have a 16 minute flight time but are re-opening the app every 45 seconds it drastically decreases the ability to capture quality images or even fly properly. App issues experienced with and iPhone 7 running 11.0.1.

I flew my drone after an iPhone update and it disconnected me from an app. I lost signal of my Mavic but I was able to return it home luckily. I contacted the DJI support with questions what’s going on and they said that I need to wait because they haven’t released the new app yet. You understand? Their app is not compatible with the newest ISO!!!! Stupid! He recommended me to use an older phone of my friend !!! Hahahah paid $1000 for my drone. Ridiculous

The app won’t work at all at least on iPhone X. It crashes every single time 20-30 seconds after starting. Doesn’t mater what I’m trying to do: operating my drone, editing footage, watching other people’s videos. It crashes so quickly that I can’t even make past required quiz to get into drone controls. Totally disappointed. Might have to return the drone as it’s unusable at this point.

I typically don’t write reviews, but I have the Phantom 4 Pro and I’m afraid to take flights. The app constantly crashes and the aircraft disconnects. Not happy. Please fix ASAP!!!

After several uses with both the Mavic and the Spark, the app seems to crash and exit on its own while mid flight. This app needs serious updates for all drones associated with DJI for anyone to use it and fly comfortably.
