Policies are horrible. A lot of “my apologies” and not enough fixing customers issues. Not impressed and unfortunately for my situation a waste of money!
Poor music quality for editing

Flights controls are pretty start forward and changing options is relatively easy. The main issue I have is the music selection and quality that DJI has available for use in the app. There’s some decent music, but audio quality is definitely lacking. It doesn’t come as clear and sometimes you hear static with the finished product.

I updated a few days ago (9/2) and tried it today (9/4) and it disconnected all the time. Every time it reconnected, I had to agree to the flight disclosure, while the drone is in flight. What a disaster. This never happened prior this update. I’m worried because I plan on flying this in the Colorado mountains in 2 weeks and it nerve racking it tells me it’s disconnected. Don’t update if you don’t need to. I wonder if I can revert to prior version.

Well when you pay $1,400 for a drone you expect it all to be top notch and I feel like it meets my standards idk what all these bad reviews are about

Everything works fine for me. Old iphone with no cell service. I can fly anywhere! When I get an update required for geo fencing, I click out of it and fly anyway. I update if I’m not in a hurry of course! Works for me just fine, just sayin

Constantly losing signal

I have had nothing but headaches when using the app with the controller- loses connection every time I use it. Not the controller to drone, bit controller to phone. Which means no camera,no pics
Huge Data Hog & Will Scramble Your Photo Albums

Beare that this app updates every week or two and it takes nearly 1GB of band width to do it. On all my iDevices where I installed the app, all the photo albums dissapear except for DJI and Go Pro. The photos are still there, just only sortable by date rather than folder. Uninstalling the app repaired this. On one device, I tried not giving it permission to access my photos (all the DJI photos go on the SD card on the drone) and it seems to have kept the issue at bay. With out this, I would give the app at least four stars for functionality with the drone (a Spark)

I love using my Spark, but the app does not have full support for the 2018 iPad Pro 11”. The app does not use the entire screen for the new iPad Pros. Please update the app.
