Thank You DJI for making the app first and Thank You DJI for coming back to fix the app when we had the connection problem with it and also Thank You DJI for the education on helping me to know about that if you are surrounded by other things that are running WiFi signals that it can and will possibly at times if there’s alot of other WiFi signals around you completely mess up with your connection to your DJI SPARK DRONE and any other DJI DRONES that you are flying in that type of field and you told me that I need to get out in a nice field away from home and other things that are in my flying area and I did everything that you told me to try and I am absolutely loving flying my DJI SPARK DRONE now I do not and have not had any problems or issues since and I have got some awesome pictures and videos of my flights now to show I am just going to say that I could not be any more happy than I am now with my DJI SPARK it’s absolutely the best DRONE that anyone can get for the money I’ve got 2 DRONES from you guys and that is the DJI TELLO DRONE and of course my DJI SPARK DRONE and to top it off my Dad has got him a AWESOME DJI MAVIC AIR DRONE and let me tell you that thing is absolutely OFF THE CHAIN but I am absolutely straight up happy with my DJI SPARK AND TELLO DRONES THAT OUR AWESOME LORD GOD ALMIGHTY IN HEAVEN AND IN ME AND US ALL THAT HE TRULY HAS BLESSED ME WITH AND FOR YOU DJI FOR YOU MAKING SUCH A GREAT DRONE SO AGAIN THANK YOU SO SO MUCH DJI FOR YOUR TOP NOTCH SERVICE AND HELP AND DESIGN YOU ARE DEFINITELY WITHOUT A DOUBT THE NUMBER 1 DRONE MAKER ON AND OFF THE PLANET GOD BLESS YOU ALWAYS SINCERELY YOUR BROTHER IN CHRIST LORD JESUS!!! I find it ridiculous DJI does not let you edit the email address associated with your account. My email address changed when I sold my company and I had used my business email to sign up some time ago. Now I need to update it but I have been told by DJI support they do not support changing email addresses and I would need to register a new account. Bye bye flight records. Bye bye purchases registered to me. Bye bye DJI.

Always wants to update SLOWLY while you’re trying to get the thing in the air to catch a shot. Truly awful. When it’s not stopping you flying with some seemingly unnecessary updates (it worked fine 10 minutes ago but now it’s on lockdown until you can find a WiFi connection) it’s delaying you with an arbitrary written ‘test’ of some sort. Whoever designed the function of the DJI app clearly hates their customers.
Can’t sync my flight logs past first 5 flights. Corrupt

Not happy. I’ve been syncing these on purpose and now I cant get more than the first 5 flights of data.

I had to watch YouTube videos to learn how to use this mobile app and I’m still having issues knowing what to do. Usability and functionality is frustrating to say the least.

This app glitches, crashes, disconnects, makes my aircraft useless. Also, why is it necessary for each update to be almost a gigabyte? (When nothing seems to be improving) not thrilled.

Keeps prompting need a phone number of mainland China to activate. Today it’s asking me again to provide a China mobile number. Imagine you are 30 min away from home with your kid and this thing refuses to take off. Big brother wants to stick his nose to my drone? Update, reinstalled the app and registered with a new email. Still asking me to activate with a China number. I guess the big brother is really scared LOL

I guess this app is no longer being supported,I'm scared to fly it now, because I can't see anything on the screen,app is really laggy, continuously get error messages.. time to sell this spark on eBay now
