Had my Mavic Pro Platinum for a week. It and this app has worked flawlessly. I have an iPhone X with the latest iOS 11. The app hasn’t crashed or malfunctioned in any way after going thru about 7 drone batteries of flight.

This app is good... when it decides to work. I got a new Mavic Air and when trying to connect to my iPhone 10, it just stays saying “Disconnected”. It seems as if I’m not the only one having this issues. Also, I understand that you should only fly after fully charging your batteries but I don’t need to be reminded every single time I open the app. Til next version..

Always needs update

This app makes flying nearly impossible. Every time I wanna fly it it requires an update. Then it won't let me update unless I'm on wifi although I have my settings to go ahead anyway. It has put such a bad taste in my mouth that I just assume it's not gonna work and 9/10 I'm right. Horrible app

Problems on streaming

While streaming LIVE App stops frequently, lucky that drone was on my sight below 77ft and I too worried while I am flying long distance and if app stops... please fix this bug (DJI Mavic Pro) other then that this app is the best !

Can't download app

Every time I try downloading the 'app' I get an error message reading; "unable to download app at this time" HELP.

their drones are amazing, particularly the Magic series...but the app has remained the most unstable app i’ve ever installed: you never know what the next upgrade holds, and it is jarring when it crashes mid-flight, as you are trying to land!

Up, up, update and no way

Their is a reason you can only update and never backup to a previous ver. They are leading you to where they want to take you and not where you would ever like to go. One doesn’t actually know when you are at an apps nirvana point, until that one more update takes you on the downhill slide, and even complaining about it doesn’t help.

I wish I could leave less than 1 star. Being a huge advocate for DJI in the beginning, I could not be further from now! I use a P4P daily for work and it once was a good product before being crippled by SH*# software and firmware. I get screwed over daily with its NFZ locks when I’m not within 30 miles of an airport. Their solution is to re-download the app to fix the issue??? How about you just write software to run your junk and leave it alone. I can’t speak for others but I certainly don’t need the latest and greatest ignorant idea they have for a new feature that messes everything else up. I need it to connect, take off, have good signal strength at 500’ range while being basic and simple to use. Not 1 of the items listed above can I do anymore. It’s a mystery if I’ll even be able to complete my job tasks. This POS product of theirs is 1 step from getting smashed to pieces and purchasing a working product. To all my friends that bought DJI’s JUNK on behalf of my recommendation... I apologize ?

Mavic, Inspire 2, M600... I have them all. Android, iOS? This app crashes on everything. DJI is truly pathetic at software development.
