Been great so far with iPhone 7s

Drtool

This app so far does what it claims. I’m not experienced photographer but from what I have tried it seems to do correct. I’m upgrading to iPad mini and we will see how that goes. Self launch and land works. I’m happy so far.

DJI is really messing up

Erlawinski

DJI continues to make their app more user UNfriendly, and on a monthly basis now it seems they roll out another firmware update that takes 45 minutes to install. I’ve been under time contraints (flying for a customer) and been unable to fly because the drone suddenly needed an update, and now DJI restricts the drone flight limits unless you are on the latest firmware. After spending years invested into their ecosystem, my 2017 DJI will be the last I buy. When it’s time to upgrade, I’m going with a different brand that doesn’t have this many hassles for a simple flight.

Valuable videography footage opportunity lost

Davidnavidad

I was out camping and cracking cold ones on a Saturday with my boys (because that's what Saturdays are for) and I thought it would be a great idea to bust out my Mavic and get some aerial video shots for the trip video I was making but sure enough upon opening the app I not only had to log in but I also needed to update the app this would not normally be a problem but I was out in the middle of nowhere with 0 cell service with a perfectly good drone, grounded because the app isn't update efficient/can't keep me logged in. It's 2017, this shouldn't be an issue, I paid good money for this drone I'd like to use it thank you. UPDATE it is now FEB 2018 and I’m still experiencing the same issues only this time it was for a paying client, there is nothing I dislike more than looking unprofessional I wish I could leave half a star as an app review. It TRULY is a shame DJI doesn’t have software to match there fantastic hardware.

App keeps disconnecting from drone

Tank7777

Tried to use the drone after the latest update. Spent about 30 minutes just trying to get the drone to connect. When it did, I went to fly it and a minute later it disconnected again. Guess I’ll be parking the drone until the next update to see if this disconnecting issue is fixed.

Update Killer

Stirbo

I LOVE DJI products...but the updates are KILLING me!!! If the update is not an emergency fix/patch then once a month update would be greatly appreciated. I kid you not, I have updated my Mavic Pro and one day later going to fly, another update needed and guess what...you need WiFi to do the update. This process needs to be streamlined! At this point, someone will come up with a better app and then DJI will lose the connectivity to it costumer base. Please someone that makes real decisions in this company please fix this problem. I’m personally sick of this!

Good app

Cpfninja11

Mostly stable. Very easy to use. Occasional crashes but very rare

Eats up too much battery!

Medvi Hartoonian

When regularly using this app during the flight of a Mavic Pro, the battery consumption is way too high. Please fix

Great app

JasonStoker1967

I’m new to flying and I really like this app. I started with Spark and I’ve since upgraded to a Phantom 4 Pro Obsidian edition and I love it. The Go 4 app makes flying a breeze. I just wish when you are in the academy that you could fly in full screen on the map.

No audio, Osmo Mobile 2, iPhone X

Qwerty van housen

Just got my Osmo Mobile 2 from Apple. I'm running an iPhone X. When I record a video in the DJI Go 4 app I have no audio. None. None when played back in the app, none when saved to my camera roll. None. This has to be a DJI issue because any other video taken with iPhone native camera app (or Instagram, YouTube, etc) all have audio. Please fix this. I paid $160 for a gimbal that makes okay SILENT MOVIES in 2018. It's not a format in interested in resurrecting. ???

help with the language

spark spanish

It would be good if the app were in Spanish
