HOW SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE WORKS
• Subscribe to unlock an unlimited reading experience: 1 Month for $7.99 or 6 Months for $39.99.
• Subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renewal is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You may turn off auto-renewal at any time from your iTunes account settings.
• 1-Month subscribers will have a 7-day free trial; 6-Month subscribers will have a 1-month free trial; and any unused portion of the free trial period will be forfeited after purchasing a subscription plan.
• Payment will be charged to your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period
• Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase
• No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during active subscription period

Will be cancelling subscription

I didn't mind the change to a subscription service. I do mind that I'm no longer getting any audio on any device. I got the app for the read along stories for my baby. If the app isn't working then they don't need my money!

No sound iOS iPhone8 plus

App works great on iPad and I would rate it higher, but on iPhone 8plus there’s no sound. Design isn’t very user friendly for younger viewers. It gets a little better once the story starts.

Bring back the tokens!

We’ve never really had any problems with the app. I wish the token option would be brought back. We don’t use the app enough to justify a monthly subscription, especially with apps that allow free virtual access to our local library like Libby and Overdrive. But I enjoyed being able to buy several tokens at a time and allow my daughter to pick out a new book every so often. Especially when a new movie or tv series comes out.

The app just plain doesn’t work. You can preview books but not read them. Tried it on a few devices and same result. Don’t waste your time

New books are rarely added

Change your model to a subscription and then only add maybe 3 books every few months??? If you’re charging a subscription, you need to add books more often than this. Not fair to pay monthly for a static book collection.

Stopped working once my free trial was up

Promised Subscription Renewal Cancelled

Disappointing to have my renewal cancelled. All progress and favorite books disappeared and only $7.99/monthly renewal offered to replace the previous economically priced annual subscription. $8 a month to maintain a kids library? Simply overpriced. Nope.

Great books but app does not work well

I trialed the subscription service since it appears to now be the only option to get more books. It did not work well - books didn’t load easily. Would probably buy more books if they reintroduced the token system since my son goes through phases where he really likes this app and sees a book that he wants to read.
