It always has connection problems & after buying 9 tokens for 13U$ I've got zero tokens !!!!!!! I don't recommend this app ,,,,,, where's my money ??????

My kids love the stories. It's a great substitute for bedtime stories on the nights my hands are full with the baby. HOWEVER, the app crashes every time I go to the Shop. I've tried opening and closing the app as well as restarting my iPad. I'd love to give you my money, but I literally cannot purchase tokens or a subscription. Probably want to fix that if you want to make any profit off of this app.

You'll spend a bunch of money buying your kids stories and then they ditch the app and you're left with nothing. Don't know how they get away with it.

Edit:10/15/17 Do Not use this app!! Updated and now it wants to charge like I don’t already have an account. I’m canceling. You’ve been warned. Edit 5.10.17: Still junk and crashes. Update to fix bugs and it doesn't work now. 7.3.16: This is what happens when you outsource. Junk! For the price this app crashes and customer support are young kids with zero tech exp. shame on Disney for producing trash.

When I open it, it goes to blank in 5 seconds!! Please fix it. I do love those stories, and look forward to read it, but I can not get in at all!!
