Can’t get it to work properly ?

I just bought the oral-b pro health jr.( with Olaf from frozen or it ) for my son and It advertised on the front of it the Disney magic brushing app so we downloaded it to ensure that my son could earn stickers and make sure he was brushing. I booted up the app it refuses to scan all three Oral-B products that I bought 2 are toothbrushes( one of them is Mickey Mouse) and one is a spin brush jr.. two tubes of Disney crest toothpaste , crest mouthwash and crest flossers ( all of which we were supposed it said that you could scan ) so we could earn stickers for free to unlock new characters . it literally only scam of the two toothpaste after I took them out of the package and angled them just right . I tried the toothbrushes each multiple times one of the toothbrushes has freaking Mickey Mouse on it !! it will not recognize them . I bought this because I thought the app would make brushing easier and help me to be able to track brushing with timers , because it is on my phone. Had I known this I would NOT have these and bought a different product because it is wasted of time and money ! I wasted an hour of my time trying to get all these to scan right and we bought Star Wars toothpaste to make sure we got Star Wars stickers and it unlocked frozen which of my boys I’m not a fan off. Also when I clicked on app help from your app store where I downloaded it it took me to the Disney movie help line which by the way they cannot help me with this app so that was also a waste of time. Poor execution on the app and really you should just let people scan barcodes it would be way easier than trying to scan pictures or make the app nice pictures more easily this is ridiculous coming from Disney and Oral-B!!!

I cannot scan the two toothbrushes my kids have and were very excited to have included in their collection. Toothpaste scans fine, but God forbid the toothbrushes scan. I’ve tried for ten minutes each brush on several occasions, different angles, but nothing works. Can the developers please fix this so the toothbrushes can actually scan? It doesn’t seem fair that we buy a product to scan and can’t even do that. I’d gladly give 5 stars if that were fixed.

Can’t seem to unlock Dash. There are no Crest/Oral B products with only Dash on them. Whenever I scan a product with the whole group, it keeps giving me characters I already unlocked. Also, the AR photos are not saving to the photo album.

My kids are BIG Disney fans so we downloaded this app as it’s a great concept. Unfortunately the “scan” feature NEVER works. We bought brushes from Oral-B that specifically had the Disney app on the packaging, but it never works. Good concept, but needs work.

I have had this app for a long time for my 6 year old. He had tons of stickers saved and enjoyed using the app. The recent update lost all of his stickers and now all of the characters are locked. That was a fun morning when I had to tell him he couldn't use any of the characters he loves. I wouldn't recommend this app unless you would be fine with only using a few characters. I can't find many items to scan in the stores that have a variety of characters. Update- The help page doesn’t address the loss of characters so it isn’t helpful at all. In addition, I have emailed this concern to the developer and never received any response.

I have made several purchases on this app . I bought a new phone now it’s like pulling teeth to get my prior purchases on this phone . Customer service has been NO service .... not a happy Nonna ?
Love the app but products won’t scan

Kids are obsessed with the app and earning their stickers. It definitely helps them brush longer and even got us buying Oral B products so they can unlock new sticker albums. However, we can’t get the app to recognize/scan the products to unlock the albums. Kids and parents are both frustrated, we’ve tried everything. I even checked on the Disney website that the images (Nemo & Dory) are still supported by app and they are. Also app failed to open 1 night and we’ve only been using it a few weeks. I was scared we would lose all stickers but thankfully it finally loaded after about 5 reboots. Please fix these glitches bc it really is great to get kids (and adults!) brushing longer and buying your products.
