Pretty good app but for some reason every once in a while the app WILL NOT go to live TV it lags by hours! Basically it will show me the current score of a football game but when i go to watch I’ll be 2 quarters behind. It’s the most annoying thing I’ve ever experienced in an app! And I’m connected to WiFi’s that’s just fine so i don’t want to hear that BS dish.

Each time I open the app, it crashes on the splash screen. Although the app is still open when you open multitasking. This bug has been going on for a while now. Please fix, I love having the remote function on my phone. Phone: iPhone 6 iOS: 11.1.2 (15B202)

I'm am sorry for being blunt, but the app was not well maintained. It might have been a great app, once upon a time. I currently have the iPhone 8+ and it looks very bad on it. It was designed for a smaller screen, and when it's used on a big screens the proportion are off. There are countless bugs. If the control center is open mid on-demand playback, the play back stops, and to resume a lot of steps have to betaken and an add is shown. The UI is outdated, and it's hard to navigate the app. This app seems to be created on a cross platform framework, witch it's good to save money. But the developers must pay special care, and attention to detail when delivering the app to all devices it support, so it doesn't look off. I wish Dish would realize that this app is a gold mine, and that the their competitors have apps that out perform this one. It is really frustrating to use this app.

The app is not full screen for Apple iPhone X. This is very frustrating. Every application should be compatible with the screen of every phone.

It's absolutely worthless on my personal iPhone. When I tap an item in the Guide the app immediately exits. It DOES have at least the required ios version. It seems to work on my work iPhone, but do I want to carry my work phone with me everywhere just to use this app?? We just upgraded to the Hopper/Sling and Joey specifically so we could control the DVR through the Internet. This app is NOT helpful in that regard, we may downgrade back to where we were.

Since I got the iPhone X I haven’t been able to see my shows in the fullscreen, someone needs to fix this so we all can see it in the full size screen
Can’t transfer/download on IPhone X

Just got off with tech support who can’t fix my problem. I have iOS 11.1.2 (newest) and cannot authorize my Phone X which would be my 5th device. Therefore cannot download any movies or shows to the phone to watch on a plane. I and Tech Support tried everything. Response is ERROR FAILED TO AUTHORIZE. No error number. Would love to see this fixed as soon as possible.
