Not what it use to be – DHgate-Online Wholesale Stores Review

Ive been buying from DGhate over 10yrs now drop shipping and personal use. The app has gone down hill in the past couple years when it comes to Customer Service. There is no one to speak with when you want to dispute causing your money to just hang in limbo. Trying to talk with the sellers is a non ending cycle that leaves you frustrated. The chat feature tells you to talk to the seller. But if you've been doing that for 3 months then what do you do since there is no Customer Service. The open dispute tab leaves an error saying click item received first. No, I didn't receive it so why would I release my money to that seller. Seller wont give me money back so my money is lost. Until they get a system for the Consumer and have a real Customer Service department, I will not be back. Shipping is the WORST with most sellers, but there are some who ship fast. Good luck trying to figure out who lol. Some sellers have GREAT product…some not so much. Again, good luck trying to figure out who. Returns may as well not even exist….seriously.
