Why can't this work as expected?

I have struggled with this interface since day one. I bought two stand alone and the sound bar the was compatible for eating up surround sound using the Stan alone speakers. There is literally no way to keep the primary speaker (sound bar/Woofer) connected to the app. It appears randomly, at times it will amazing sync and I can set up surround, but each time I revert back to the independent set up it wreaks havoc. All devices drop and can no longer be found. The app need some serious work.

When will there be an update that enables access to my Apple Music library? An app in the Apple App Store that doesn't access Apple's music service? Gets one star because at least the app connects to the system and I can listen to something.

Does not work correctly and unable to use the WIFI music feature. Tech support is nonexistent. Will never buy from this company again. Stay away from this highly overpriced product
The worst app and speaker you can possibly imagine

Not sure where to start but this is the worst app plus speaker experience I have ever had. Music can’t be played as you want through this app, as definitive only parter with limited old dated music sources. You cannot cast your music on cell phone to speaker, no matter Bluetooth or WiFi, nothing works. In summary, it’s useless.

I bought a W9 and a W7 for my home based on how great they sounded at the store. They do sound great IF you can get them to connect. The app rarely connects to the speakers the first time you open it. It almost always takes 5-10 minutes of opening and closing the app to even find the speakers. When you finally do get connected, it often disconnects for no apparent reason. I am very disappointed with these devices/app and will definitely stay away from Definitive in the future. I expected much better after spending $1100 on speakers.

This works great with my W7 from Definitive. Nice setup tool built in. Pandora worked flawlessly. And the sound....amazing!

I love the App and the W7 speaker. It is so easy to get things set up and select great music to play in my bedroom. I can't wait to add the W Studio for my family room soon! Being able to stream Pandora whenever I want is awesome!
