Why can't this work as expected? – Definitive Technology Review

I have struggled with this interface since day one. I bought two stand alone and the sound bar the was compatible for eating up surround sound using the Stan alone speakers. There is literally no way to keep the primary speaker (sound bar/Woofer) connected to the app. It appears randomly, at times it will amazing sync and I can set up surround, but each time I revert back to the independent set up it wreaks havoc. All devices drop and can no longer be found. The app need some serious work.
