As lnfo holder for a thing, tickets, you have paid for anyway and they check it .... OK Anything else, steep learning curve and before you even think about to think I am tourist and one time user..... Sorry to disappoint you, use it weekly. As with many things in this great country and many others for that sake.... ask for it and people will let you know!! But a rating just to he good or bad isn't gonna help ya! All in all, OK info, once you have managed to buy the DB stuff

Not up to speed for a 21st century app. Impossible to update cc. Info and to make the app sync with the online profile. Lots of work needed to make this up a 21st century app

These cowboys have no idea, on how to write a usable app. Their arrogance is overwhelming. Back ages, stuck in the past, these fruitcakes keep putting out the same crap, over and over again. This app breaks in new places, with every new release and faux improvement. Dates are wrong, can't book tickets from 2016 to 2017, coz' they haven't figured out how to switch to a new year. Links don't exist, that are advertised. Nobody is talking to each other inside this organization, so crap in a vacuum gets released every time. Just a bunch of losers....

I've been using this app since I first arrived in Germany a couple years ago. I love it. It's simple. It's convenient. This app helped me see so much of this beautiful country during my time here.

It's still confused to use this app as for English speaking persons this app doesn't offer the 12 hour format which only in 24 hour format ?

Schedules, real-time updates, and a friendly user interface.

I've used this app for quite a long time now - it's stunningly easier to navigate the various travel options in Germany now, and they keep adding significant features. As a recent Watch purchase, I was able to use the Watch app and was blown away - all the info I need is presented on the small screen, with no extra. I personally would love to shake the developers hand for such a commitment to excellence and functionality.

App kept changing prices and available seats while booking. Registration was slow and I eventually gave up and bought ticket at station. On top of that the arrival time I and other passengers had on the ticket was different than what the announcer was given, the monitors on the train showed random next cities, the seat reservation signs don't work, and we arrived nearly 1hr late in a 5hr trip. Oh, and it's more expensive than flying, which I'll do next time even though I hate flying.

Just spent a couple of weeks traveling through Germany and Prague. We used this app all the time. It was flawless. The point to point tickets were very well priced when purchased in advance from the US, so we didn't buy a train pass. This app made travel by train sooooo convenient. Putting our purchased tickets in the wallet meant we always had them at our fingertips. We loved the Train On Time function. The app and the wifi on the ICE trains helped us feel totally in control and like old hands at train travel. Love, love, love this app and recommend to all travelers in and around Germany.
