App is fine but…
Fuchsiawong

It’s not about the app but rather the company. I can’t believe a national railway company if offering drastically floating prices - things that only scalpers would do. If the train is cancelled for natural causes (like what I’ve experienced, a storm) or *even their own problem*, you have to refund the ticket and buy a new one that could be way more expensive (3-4 times for immediate or few hours before departure). A national public transport company, yeah right.

Please update train delays!!!
Hofbrauhomee

This app would be perfect if they posted train delays more real time. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve only found out about a train delay at the station vs the app. Come on people, it’s 2022…. You can do this!!

Love it
ffgyehhrhdidnrbbgdhdh

It has warned me about a lot of trains that get canceled when I’m using the app. And being able to buy tickets in the last minute.

Incredibly complicated
niccckkkkshhjk

Impossibile to use. A total waste of time

Nope
personwhogotfined

Giving it a one star is a stretch. I tried to pay five times and it just jumps back to canceling my booking. Your service hotline also has people randomly hangs up if they hear English so no this app is trash

How to change the language to English?
tterersa

The app has a English version right? But how to switch to that?

Good on WiFi, bad on cellular
Jonesnco

There is a 30 second timeout to make it all the way through the ticket selection and purchase pages. I can do this with maybe a few seconds to spare on WiFi but only once ever had it work on cellular. I’d HIGHLY recommend this be increased to 120 seconds. I think even Ticketmaster gives you far longer than 120 seconds.

Horrible interface, wouldn’t even let me register
Cygraff

Terrible app, wouldn’t let me register a brand new username. Kept telling me i had invalid passwords even though I tried about 7 different passwords. Fix your app registration, then get back to me. Unglaublich

No universal app
Moglee

They give up their iPad app and at same time they keep their iPhone app for iPhones only instead of changing it to a universal app. The app runs in emulation mode only on iPads. How sad is that?

Needs improvements

App functionality of fine. The app just shows error messages all the time without any recommendations to fix it.
