BROKEN - VISA credit/debit no longer works

Neither the App nor the station Ticket Machines will accept VISA cards anymore.
Registering didn't work

Can't log in immediately after registering. Says my login info is wrong, won't let me change it or reset the password. I try to re-register and it says my username is already used. Can't book. Useless.

Neither the app or the website will accept a perfectly valid VISA card. Apparently the geniuses at DB aren't even aware of the problem. If there were al alternative way for me to travel that actually WANTS my business, that would be a relief.

First, I didn't reserve my train ticket in this app, so I can't confirm wether or not VISA cards work. I made my reservations on the website and all worked fine; I have my tickets printed in hand. I created my profile on the DB website and all of my info is on the app including the QR code to scan my passage.

We spent 2 weeks in Germany last year and got around everywhere with this app. Walking directions, bus, tram, trains... you name it. My kids and wife thought I was a navigating genius.
