Impossible to enter data

I purchased train tickets and a BahnCard at the train station and noticed the availability of the app on the backside advertising. It was impossible to enter the tickets and the temporary BahnCard in the app as it wanted an internet order number. Even though there was a QR code as well the app does not scan either. A highly frustrating and disconnected process. No wonder the employees complain about customers buying online.
The Public Transportation App!

This is the best, most comprehensive app for public transportation I’ve encountered thus far. My one complaint is that the Regional Bahn designations shown on the map do not correspond to the abbreviations used at the train stations (for example the app uses “RE 32533” while the stations use “RE7” ).

Literally. Trying to access the latest version using an iPhone 6, I cannot get further than the Location Services prompt when the app quits back to the main menu. Past versions were really useful. Needs work.

But it doesn’t. The last version crashed all the time and the new version, once I lunch it, is completely unresponsive.
Great but missing something

Please optimize the app for the iPhone X! The app has served me well but please add HVV from Hamburg as a transport association so I can purchase tickets. You already have some of the largest German cities in the app but not No. 2 city in Germany!
Bad design and unreliable function

The saver fares is not working now. The new design is really complicated... It used to be easier and sampler.. Hope that a new version would be better and fix the issues.
Cannot open app!

Major time zone bug!

Time zone bug! The departure time under "my bookings" shows the time in the time zone you are in and not the German time. Very confusing. For example, while I'm in San Francisco and I check my bookings for next month, it shows that ICE 595 leaves at 22:23 instead of 7:23 from Berlin Ostbahnhof. Now that I'm in Chicago, it shows that my train leaves at 00:23. Absurd. I need to know when it leaves once I'm in Germany obviously. Major bug.
