No refunds for international travelers

Zzugtm

All goes well until a train is cancelled and you book another and have to pay Only way is to have an IBAN number and if you don’t you are stuck and no refund available Every feedback mechanism fails and or times out

Trash app

Fuchsiawong

If you tryna make payments with your card, it will summon every possible security check and mess it all up. I encountered errors in two-factor auth for quite a few times, and I’ve confirmed each time that they were not the bank’s problems. Why can’t you spend all these security redundancies into removing trees from your railway tracks? Just use Omio or other third-party apps if you encountered any problems (cuz they will be endless).

Very Bad- never I was so nervous like using this app

11-Toto

The App hasn’t capacity to say the ticket that you are buying is for train totally full, no place for. You get the message like something fail in app and you can try many times no success. And when you call the DB number you wait, wait and wait for an free agent that never happen. Pls change your IT team. And I gave 1 star because the app did not permit send with zero star. Another thing is myself can not do 2 rewiews without change the nickname, ridiculous

You will miss connections

BallsBoy2000

Busses and train tickets I bought on the app didn't show up. App doesn’t update and will only cause you pain.

No iPad app

L351

Please optimize the app’s user interface for iPad users as this is a platform that is very popular among for organizational work such as travel planning.

Worst app

RickyBV

Needs a lot of work. not intuitive. Have had many problems buying tickets, nit getting confirmation and having to have credit card company dispute the transaction. Unable to buy local 4er tkt without validating all tkts at same time. Bahncard nearly impossible to figure out... I use the train a lot and the app well does the job of buying you a single ticket, besides that, the app needs a complete overhaul.

Good but frustrating

Pióro

To purchase a ticket you need to setup an account which is fine. Problem is your username can’t be your email, so if you don’t use it regularly and you forget your username it’s a hassle to reset it. Second and larger gripe I have is that not all trains connections show up on the app. There were two extra connections on the website (which fit my schedule better) that didn’t show up on the app. Why not give me the choice?

Terrible

B. wo

Absolutely rubbish app developed by incompetent developers for a rubbish company. Want to book a trip for two people? Nope, turns out even when you choose to search for journeys for two people, you actually only book for one. And then you don’t have a valid ticket for the other person.

Booking tickets completely broken

klamath533

I’m amazed that this exists on the App Store as is. I don’t expect much from a train app but how did they manage to screw up the booking workflow such that it completely starts over if you switch apps? The best part of this is that some of the payment methods involve, wait for it, switching apps. Dear god, 300k employees and not one even tested this? Humankind is truly doomed. And I still don’t have my train ticket!
