Impossible to navigate if you don’t speak German

NYCWV10014

Not at all intuitive. Impossible to switch to English on the app. The app does not recognize tickets booked online. Even giving feedback on the app itself is impossible.

Two tickets please!

Deloreans4evar

Why can I not buy two tickets at once for myself and another passenger? But! You can add multiple travelers at the beginning of your search. The app also reset my searches and lost everything during checkout. ? please hire an iOS UX team! Additionally the placement of the back buttons are confusingly within the pages and not on the iOS nav area.

App stürzt App bei ticketanzeige

PanikPlunder

Hallo, Die App stürzt App wenn ich ein Nahverkehrs Ticket anzeigen will. Habe es gekauft, nun kann ich es nicht nutzen. iPhone 10 iOS 13.3

No real time Information

rud2000

Evert time there is a Problem with a train the app doesn’t give up to date information. I don’t know how many time I got a message from the app thanking me for traveling with the dB and where to exit, but the train was canceled or heavily delayed and I was still far away from my destination. So it’s good for booking tickets but it’s totally unreliable for any information out of the ordinary. And out of the ordinary seems to be the new standard for the dB. Writing this from a freezing platform from a again delayed train.

Works poorly, if at all

Honeyblonde13

The app is constantly crashing, making it difficult to book tickets. Recently I have been unable to book tickets at all, I can get to payment and then I’m stuck on a flickering loading page until it crashes. Doesn’t give the best route either.

Horrible

Megan 0571

Does not give update notice for redirected train changes to your purchased tickets.

I found a serious bug

db debacle

In purchasing a ride from munich airport to munich, you can select a ticket for €11.60 which is valid for four hours from the times you pick and says it is available “for immediate use”. I had no idea what that term meant. When selecting dates, the app actually let me put in a future date and that future date still displayed for a few of the screens in my booking process. This lead me to believe this ticket could be used for a future date and would be, I figured, good immediately from the time I picked until four hours later. After all, my future dates kept displaying. Instead, this ticket was only valid for the date I purchased it on the app. I found that out when I selected purchase and received my barcode ticket. Gone was my future date! Turns out there’s another ticket type that is available for future bookings for just another euro more or so, but I had not looked. The reason I chose the one I chose is because that is the same ticket choice I have always made at kiosks when going to a Munich train. Of course, in those cases I was traveling on the same day but I never even thought about that when I tried to get one on the app. While it may make sense to offer different ticket types, the one I selected should NOT have ever allowed my future dates to keep populating the screens as I went through the steps on the app. I wrote to DB about this but they wont fix it. Do they want people to make this mistake and keep our money? First off, add the words, “valid for date of purchase only” and secondly, don’t even allow users enter in future date selections on this type of ticket. Make it error out if they try to. Fix the app!

Must have for travel in Germany

JP15ahd

This is an absolute must for traveling by train in Germany. It can be confusing at first but once you spend time using it, it all makes sense and it’s incredibly useful. From updated and detailed info to good explanations of trips/travel and tickets. I traveled one time before I discovered it and it was a frustrating nightmare. Since using the app travel has been smooth and much more enjoyable. Great tool.
