With a small team we manage a huge client database, this would not be possible for us without daylite. IOSxpert consultancy firm (based in Germany) helped us to fine tune the system to our needs! LOVE daylite

App does not work!

Tv Cast is Trash

Have been trying for about 2 months now. The app just doesn’t work. I can’t even log in. I try to log in and it says it is downloading a copy of the data, but never succeeds. I get notifications of invites but my account won’t even be logged in!! Ridiculous “app”!

WOW....

Marketcircle team has taken it to new heights... Guys, your new version of the app integrating email is fantastic. Really well done, I can finally write, read, add to daylite and delete emails while I am travelling without having to keep the emails in my inbox and wait til I get back to my office to then have to add them. Thanks

Great App

This program has been a huge boon to my law practice. I like having my data locally and synced in the cloud. Only thing I wish for is a version of Daylite mail assistant for iOS.

Good flexibility, back up ineffective

Mike and Rachelle

Used Daylite 3, 4, 5, and 6. Had to restore from back up. Lost all opportunities, projects, and calendar items. Multiple backup all restore the same. Only contacts info salvaged. Support team pending.

Moving to Daylite Cloud

Lawman777

We recently moved from Daylite SelfServe to Daylite Cloud. The transition was smooth with the computers and with all of the mobile apps in the office except for my phone. My phone app was quitting spontaneously and when it worked it was very slow. But, the problem is now solved! I contacted Daylite by email about my issue, providing them with details about my issues. I was very impressed that they not only responded quickly, but provided me with a script that cleaned out some accumulated, but obsolete alerts that were bogging my system down. The phone app now works very well and it doesn’t spontaneously quit. If they would add a way to link emails to Daylite from the phone, this would be a 5 star review. As it is, I give 4.5 because the app works very well and my support experience was great.

Perfect for busy photographer

I love Daylite! It’s a native app on desktop and on my iOS devices so I actually use them.

Used to be great, horrible customer service

Howardfan

The product used to be wonderful, but now there are near constantly problems. Just today there is a brand new sync issue with all of my user accounts. We depend on Daylite to run the business, but the only way to talk to customer service is via email, and they only respond in 24 hours. I guess they think I should shut down my business for a day while I wait to solve an issue. Terrible support.

Disappointed

I used this app years ago and absolutely loved it. Got away for a bit but tried to come back a few months ago... didn’t work out right then but I’m ready now. But, it doesn’t support iPhone X?? It’s been months! Is this a dying product??

Had to stop using

Constant crashes, 4 years waiting for an email solution while mobile, so many minutes wasted waiting for app to respond from freezes embarrassingly while with clients... I have said this about every version, someone that cares about crm should by or mimic this platform BUT FIX ALL ITS WOES (Apple ... are u listening ... this should be Apple works, if it worked) ...unfortunately most of us have to piece together a system from multiple apps that actually work, because salesforce and others although they do not crash are even less cohesive. Maybe it’s a conspiracy to keep small business owners small lol... hopefully one day ...daylite sees the light and becomes what it could have been 5,6,7 years ago.
