Issues transitioning but now fixed

Ptrickwondo

I transitioned from Daylite 5 to 6 and experienced frequent crashes on my iPhone 7. Turns out I had duplicate devices in my Daylite Server on my computer including one that had “Unknown” or “(null)” as a name. After deleting those from my server and uninstall/reinstall of the iOS app, everything seems to be working.

More Manageable

I love the list filtering and on the road editing of keywords and categories.

Great app!

This app is wonderful, although I wish there were some tools to help with re-booking clients after a project has been completed. Perhaps there are and I've just got some learning to do...

Not An Option

T. Terry

Using Daylite in my business is not an option. It’s a CRM, Digital Assistant, Marketing Director and Sales Manager all wrapped into one program. Sure there are plenty of software applications that will do the same, but I chose Daylite for it’s power and simplicity, backed by a company that provides World Class support and service!

Can't do work without it.

I have been using Daylite for years. I would be lost without it. It has become essential to my business.

Could you please respond. Holding my data hostage for 3 days it too long

Steamboat-Springs

The worst customer service I have ever seen. They don't respond, they don't answer their phone, they don't seem to understand that they are a database company and not responding for days when a customer is down endangers their customer's business. I am simply stunned by how they hide when their is an issue. It's clear by now that they either down't care of don't know what to do but can't give us the courtesy of letting us know.

Not Sure

I downloaded the app with much excitement. Then it started. It took a week of fantastic customer service, much done after hours, to get it to work. Then the reality set in. I have 14000 contacts and it took 8 minutes to find a contact. Really!!!! When a contact is open and you type in a todo, it does not appear in your calendar, If it does I can't find it. The constant internet usage consumed 3,7gig of data in 2 days. I have a 3G card so it is too expensive. In summary a fantastic product, very expensive and it slows my Mac down so much it is. Ritually useless. Pitty I had thought I had found a replacement for ACT! Time to go back to PC I think. There are no good CRM systems for the Mac platform.

Not syncing with Daylite cloud

berahouse

I am using Daylite on my Mac and my two iOS devices and even though I have their own cloud service, it does not sync on my iPhone. I have tried logging in and out, installing the app again and nothing seams to work. Very disappointed! Tried to contact customer service, and no response! Very bad.

Fantastic CRM

The SWGS

This has been a great CRM tool on the Mac for well over a decade. Today, in 2016 with a cloud-based backend and access to the full company database from anywhere I've got cellular access, it's a dream.
