Crashlite

Leocorno2003

I love daylite. And I love not having a server anymore. But this app crashes EVERY time I open it. Not most of the time not sometimes. EVERY time.

I Love Daylite

James Wood NM Trial Lawyer

Daylite is a tremendous product. I'm a trial lawyer, and I own a four-person law firm. Daylite helps us manage our cases. My entire staff and I are able to update the progress made on every lawsuit and calendar all deadlines with appropriate reminders. I love having the ability to attach emails to projects. We use Daylite Cloud, which has significantly reduced problems with syncing. I use Daylite on my Mac, iPhone, and iPad. I highly recommend Daylite for law firms and small businesses.

Inconsistent at best

Josh's iPhone

I wish I could say I love this app and it works for me but it just doesn't. My company roles its own Daylite server and our remote Macs have no trouble syncing. However, the iPad and iPhone apps fail to sync 90% of the time. It is totally unreliable for real use. It also doesn't auto-sync, it only "pulls" down data when you ask it to. So you can't keep up with your office unless you remember to ask it to sync and hope it actually works. It is a deeply flawed implementation of how modern apps are expected to work by consumers. If I'm not getting push alerts about my appointments then how useful is this to me? Or anyone else? Lastly, it doesn't support the iPad Pro, split screen, slide over, or any of the modern features of iOS. I keep waiting for Daylite on iOS to get good and it just doesn't.

Undeniable

Catslacker

Very, very good app, I'm a small manufacture and every employee wears multiple hate, this supports opportunities, projects, CRM, great value.

Great product with a buggy app

JONNIEVES

Daylite is easy and very flexible for many types of businesses. The native application on the Mac and excellent design on iOS makes it a joy to use. However currently the app requires manual refresh and does crash at random moments, which definitely take a way some of the pleasure of using the app.

v6.0.4 will not run in foreground on iPad iOS 9.3.1 or 9.3.2

Dude get in the pool

UPDATE June 8, 2016: v6.0.5 does not resolve problem. v6.0.5 will not run in foreground on iPad 3 with 10.3 GB free on iOS 9.3.2. Not having this issue with any other apps on iPad, so this issue is isolated to Daylite app. Working fine on iPhone 6s with iOS 9.3.2. Also, cannot connect to Daylite server iPad using the exact same settings used for connecting iPhone and Laptop. Must use alternate name such as servername.local or IP address instead of fully qualified domain name that was used for successful connection to server on iPhone and Laptop. Daylite v6.0.4 and v6.0.5 are hopeless on iPad since they will not run in foreground. ---------------------------------------------- v6.0.4 will not run in foreground on iPad 3 with 10.4 GB free on iOS 9.3.1 or 9.3.2. App freezes on launch while appearing to sync for about 20 seconds, then vanishes to background. Double click to select app to bring to foreground repeats the process. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling app several times with same, repeatable results. App wants to stay in background. Did not have this problem with v6.0.3. This could be a great app if Marketcircle could get the code 100% solid, not 99% or 98%. The 1% or 2% of buggy code in this app is killing my workflow. Forget about new features for a few months and focus all resources on squashing bugs so the app functions and performs as expected in order to ensure customer satisfaction!i
