Excellent Service!

I have been so pleased with their USPS mail service! They are my lifeline to receiving all my medications and their staff have been extremely helpful regarding all my handicapped needs. I rely on them for everything concerning my health and hygiene. Thanks to all of your caring employees. We need your services to us immensely especially during this difficult time of COVID-19. All my best to all of you and stay safe.

Can’t even register to use the app.

I downloaded the app but I can’t register for an account because of technical difficulties. I’m going to delete the app and refill my prescriptions the old fashioned way, by phone . So much easier.

I would give this App 0 stars if I could. This is TERRIBLE. Makes the experience inconvenient and frustrating.

Won’t open. Just crashes. Even tried deleting it and reinstalling. No change. Completely unusable.

Despite inputting the correct information this app constantly states that I have input the wrong information or that I am not registered. Every three months I have to deal with this when I try to refill my prescription. Weeeee!

At CVS/caremark for zilpidem er generic ambien cr 12.5 mg is $22.42 for 30 days where you are asking over $150 for the same prescription for 90 days

This app is horrible. In order to determine which medical device is covered the user must enter the name of the company not the device type Should expect more for this type of service

I really like this app. It works better by far than any other means of refilling prescriptions. I particularly appreciate the face recognition for signing on, but you have to be careful about the lighting, be consistent. I use this very regularly.
