I just updated this app in the update it says they’re fixing some bugs to ENHANCE the users experience so after updating the app and clicking on the app to start to experience your enhancing update and lo and behold I can’t sign in a pop up states they’re experiencing difficulties please check back later this ain’t first with this app, bravo on your consistently !!
Doesn’t provide drug costs

This app will not provide an estimated drug cost unless it’s past time for a refill. Completely useless if you’re trying to shop around for meds already prescribed to you.

The app is pretty good, but you need to be able to update your personal information like your address. Customer Service is horrible. Took me almost 3 months to get to talk to the correct person. The pharmacist immediately saw that it was as error on their end, and corrected it. If the customer service rep would have listened to me it would have been fixed in the first place. Seems like their quality control was lacking.

The app has numerous problems. Some of my meds are on automatic refill but the automatic refill button on the app is not functioning. I hit the refill button for one of my prescriptions then it just vanished! There’s no longer any mention of that prescription existing! At the very least, the prescription should be VISIBLE with the word “pending”! The app does not provide a way to email or call with questions. Not only is this app frustrating, it is a complete waste of time. Don’t bother. Find a phone number & call in your orders.
App crashes during Refill

App constantly crashes, doesn’t recognize patient/prescriptions, this app is a complete waste of time!! :( You’d think CVS Caremark could develop something that has value to its customers.
