Not able to see familiar member card or do anything for family members

Have found application easy to use. Refills are easy. Only problem I have encountered Is ordering refill and for some reason I had to go to a CVS local CVS to pick up. Would not allow mail delivery of this refill.

I am trying to get my Rx set up in the system since starting Medicare and am given the same info no matter what pharmacy I request-no mail order service and no pricing for store pickup. The app is not at all user friendly as I cannot get my question answered.
