Easy to sale but hard to get your earnings deposited into your bank account are onto your debit card I’ve made sales but whenever I tried to cash out to my bank account are debit card it doesn’t work So I’m very upset with that tried contacting customer support but still haven’t been resolved please fix this because I want to cash out not buy more items other then that the app is ok

I ordered something on curtsy and got scammed. There was a huge white oil stain on a purple Patagonia that seller lied about after I specifically asked. I contacted Curtsy and they refunded me 7 dollars on a 40+ dollar purchase.

I’m in love with this app. In a little over a year, i’ve bought and sold a bunch of clothes. It’s quick easy and if there are any issues you can message the Curtsy team right in the app. They respond fast and do the best they can to help. Recently I ordered a “waterproof phone case” as said in the title of the item however when I got the phone case it was 100% not waterproof I messaged the Curtsy team and they got back to me within the hour and I was able to return the item to the seller for free and get my money back. I was a little scared at first to be thrifting online but this app is amazing. Lots of name brand clothes and other cute clothes for cheap. At first when I got the app I ordered quite a few things. The sellers were super sweet and some even included little notes which I loved! Here recently I’ve tried ordering multiple items from different sellers and they just don’t respond or avoid the fact that I’ve bought their item so I have to go through curtsy support to get my refund. I’m starting to get very angry about this because it’s happening to me more and more. 6 out of 16 items I tried buying I did not get strictly bc of the seller. I simply believe a seller shouldn’t post something they are not going to sell. Although it is technically the sellers fault and not Curtsy’s I still believe that some kind of consequence should be given to sellers who do not actually sell the items they are posting to sell, especially after someone has already took the time to pay for the item. Sellers are also not descriptive or honest enough about items. I ordered a sweatshirt from one seller and received it with disgusting armpit sweat stains that was not at all mentioned. I’m weary to even buy items anymore bc of the amount of uncertainty that the sellers on here bring to the app. These problems need to be fixed or I will completely delete the app and find a better one.

I literally love this app so much! It’s really easy to sell and use those credits to buy other cute things on the app. I think this app is really great for girls my age (I’m 23) because all the sellers are also around my age. Everything I’ve purchased from here has been really great quality (unless stated otherwise by the seller) and I’ve have such a great experience and I’ve saved a LOT of money using this app.

Emily is the head of support on curtsy. She told me I could not have this app over something I can not control! I find it very unrealistic why they don’t offer email verification but only number. My number is currently unavailable but I use my email for EVERYTHING I find it very unresourceful. I also find it super rude. They also told me my information was wrong. I had to send them proof and I still did not believe me I do not recommend this app

Since the pandemic began I’ve really missed thrifting and being able to find quality, unique pieces. Curtsy fulfills my thrifting need. It is super user friendly and has a great selection. The only thing is that I have really long legs and am having a hard time filtering pants because they don’t have a Tall or Long option.

Can’t trust an app to make us money if they don’t know the difference between authentic and replica. They took down 3 of my items that are obviously authentic. You’d think they’d do their research before they run an app.
