Waste of time

There’s a delay in confirmation codes and would not let me sign up. I gave up before I was able to actually experience the app. Definitely do not recommend wasting time on this bug-filled app.

Let me begin by saying, I genuinely like the potential of Curtsy, but the rating system is very frustrating to me. I am an establishe seller on Depop and poshmark so I have some perspective on the issue. I work very hard as a seller to provide high quality items and customer service. I am a fast responder and quick shipper. I try to go beyond as a seller and I’m willing to take any measurements as asked which is more than any other seller I’ve seen as curtsy. There isn’t even enough characters in the description box for me to both describe the item and give exact measurements. I’ve gotten less than five stars, including a 1 star review today for “disappointment in sizing” with zero comments. I borderline have to harass and message these couple of unhappy buyers to figure out what the issue is. They should require awful reviews to have comments. It’s not fair to sellers who may go beyond to be belittled by over-sensitive buyers who leave 1 star reviews but don’t care enough to leave any actual feedback. So much of successful selling is reputation. The seller who left me a 1 star review for inaccurate sizing gives zero sizing descriptions in her own listings. I’ve been told that the rating system will be changed eventually so hopefully in the future it will and I’ll leave a 5 star review but for now I keep holding my breath every Sale.
