I’ll start off with this, great app!! But I’m not the age limit right now. So I had to delete the app, but I said I would leave a good review. I didn’t have a phone number and I did want to sell an item. So as I was trying to post, Curtsy was lagging. I decided to close out my apps, and get back on. When I did get back on the app, it had logged me off. I just thought it automatically does that so I tried to log back in but it said Curtsy Account Suspended because they needed to verify my phone number. And that’s when the problem happened. So I had to contact customer service and support but that was fine with me. They told me they have an age limit. I accepted that and they made sure that I didn’t need help with anything else. Great Customer Service, Curtsy!!
Seller Fee too high..

First of all I love curtsy it is so easy! The team is super helpful and I understand that seller fee is important to have such a good team. I just wish the selling fee wasn’t $3 for all items. I do free shipping for my buyers because Curtsy recommends it and items sell faster so unless I jack up my prices, my items sell for about 2-3 dollars which is ripping me off. It is quite frustrating. The seller fee should be much less, especially for items that are lower in price. $3 is way too high, I can barely make a profit.
Wish I never found this app.

I’ve been on Curtsy for over a year now and my account was permanently banned for trying to help a customer with a custom order. I tried to reach out to support but clearly they care more about their egos than their users. They also said they’d, “be happy to delete my account.” There’s multiple people selling dupes within this app, yet they’ll ban you and no one else. Sounds like discrimination to me. Not to mention, they wouldn’t even let me reply to a customer who’s dad died and was wanting a custom sweatshirt made. Glad this terrible app won’t be getting anymore of my time or business. Save yourself the time and use literally any other selling app. Oh, and I’ll definitely be reporting this app and filing a lawsuit. :)))
