I had cursty for I’d say 2 years now it’s amazing for people on a budget and still have style . I have bought a lot of brand new Nike , champion, adidas and etc. clothes from people on curtsy and now I’ve been having trouble and just having to cancel every order because people list items and then end up not selling them then you have to wait for your refund because they are playing around .. In these last two weeks of me shopping on curtsy every order people would tell me they are shipping the next day or the same day and end up not doing it at all. Like I’m sorry but I’m not trynna play around with my money if your not gonna sell something then don’t list it!

The app isn’t terrible, but there are a few things that already bug me within the first day of downloading it. 1) It doesn’t give me smaller shipping sizes to choose from when I know my garment is lighter than the smallest shipping size they provide 2) I hate having to always manually go back to change the “offer free shipping” option because it keeps automatically offering free shipping. It’s tedious and takes extra time to go back and change it when I’m trying to post multiple clothes at once 3) It keeps cropping and changing the size of my images. And if I have a PhotoGrid of multiple images in one image, the app automatically separates those images and uploads those images separately (I hope that makes sense). I also like to upload my images as a square since it’s more consistent that way. I upload my photos a certain way for a reason and it’s annoying how the app just changes my images without my permission. 4) sometimes I come back to the app and find out the app changed the cover photo of the item I’m selling I swear the app has a mind of its own! ?
Too high of a seller fee
WHY IS EVER NICKNAME TAKEN!
Sold my first item on this app and the sellers fee was $10 of my sale. I priced the item at $50 and I only made $40. Honestly wished I canceled the order and sold on Depop instead where I could have made that extra money. Won’t be selling on here again. (And the reason for the fee is just crazy stupid as “low price shipping and great customer service” wasn’t even used). Don’t waste your time or money on this app.

Compared to the other apps this ones the easiest to navigate with simplest transaction method. They’re customer service team always respond suuuper fast too

Was excited to try this app out I love clothes and fashion but was disappointed when I saw that the app is only for girls.

The app glitches so much it makes it impossible to even list an item. Did not used to be like this. But now, there is not point in wrestling with the app when there are others that are so much easier to use
Terrible app and even worse customer service

Tried to download this app today only for them to tell me my account is automatically banned because it’s linking it to someone else’s, which is how I wonder? I tried to reach out to support and they started asking for all of my personal information like I’m a fraud and haven’t even started using the app yet. I will never use this app again and will encourage everyone I know not to as well.
