I do not like Curtsy at all! I believe that they people who made this app is raciest! I set up my store and every time I would add a new product it would be in issue. I already know what can and can’t be sold in this app. I spoke with someone about a Hello Kitty jewelry that I put up and what the issue was. They tried to tell me that it was inauthentic which was a big fat lie! I seen many of sellers with inauthentic jewelry that had Hello Kitty and it was handmade and not from the Hello Kitty Brand at all. I also noticed that they had some other items on hold and then finally released. I love selling off of Poshmark, Macari, Depop etc which is way better and what I would recommend 100%!

I love this app, but am so disappointed after the update. I wish there was a way to look through a feed of everything like they used to do and not just specific categories. Way more glitches too. Also, a new issue I’ve been experiencing since the update- nothing is filtered according to my size anymore. I specifically have changed and changed back my size because i figured it was glitching out, but no, it’s just putting XL and L and size 0 and 00 on my feed when my size is 2-4, S/M. I get so excited to find something with a good price that’s perfect and then it’s not even my size!!! What’s the point of even having “my size” settings on?? This is ridiculous. I loved this app WAY more than Mercari, poshmark and even Depop because of how user friendly it was. But this new update ruined everything and it’s so much harder to use now, more of a hassle than anything

This is a terrible app. It is only available as a tiny app, so even on a laptop you are looking at a 2x4" rrectangle, it does not get bigger. Theref is no website or laptop vrsion, so there you go. If you are sight impaired this is unusable. It also tracks you. They say that you have to allow that option on the next screen, but there is no next screen, it just goes right into trying to sell things to you. When you get into the settings yu will see a Paypal option there. Click it and it asks to login with your password, and share your info between the app and Paypal. Maybe this could app be worse, but I'm not sure how.
Selling fee is REALLY high

Biggest issue here is the fee is 20% to sell (others are 5%) and so you don’t make near as much. Even though this is what Poshmarks fee is, this is high when considering the platform simply doesn’t add 20% of the price in value to just exist on the app and “give support.” While it is not a bad app to use, you won’t receive as much back in your pocket as possible on other apps/platforms which is what matters in the end.

i tried to buy a really cute top on the app, and the seller never responded after responding once saying she’d ship it the next day. it’s been almost two weeks and it still hasn’t been shipped. i’m starting to get really frustrated because nothing has been done.

this is literally one of my favorite shopping apps ever. the customer service is always amazing and super helpful, and the selling and buying process is so quick and easy i cant say enough good things about it.

I’ve been using Curtsy for about 2 years now .. and i’m still OBSESSED!!! It’s so easy to buy & sale clothes. I made it a goal to thrift my entire closet for a year and this app has made my life so easy ❤️

Listing is very easy as 1,2,3. Excellent Customer service, very quick to respond with any question. The only down side is the 20% selling fees.

I’m so sick of this app and I’m about to delete it! If you’re a seller, all of your creativity and hard work is taken away the instant you post. They’re picky about the backgrounds which I understand if it’s distracting but I had a black backpack laying on a faux fur rug (which I see constantly) and it was removed. I always spend a lot of time picking the photo that will be my cover photo only to have changed to the photo that THEY think is best. They claim it’s for a better shopping experience but guess what-None of the other apps do that and I sell TONS more stuff on them. I’ve became really good at taking pics over the years to the point where I’ve had people accuse them of being stock pictures - yet when I log on somehow the main page is a bunch of items where the item is just laying on the ground looking all wrinkled and somehow it has hundreds of likes?! Makes no sense! You can’t bundle items. There’s so many rules of what you can and can’t post. Don’t waste your time. Go to Vinted! They are super successful and don’t take a seller fee!
