My re-write review is long past due! I was initially disappointed with the review system, but curtsy has improved it substantially with adding the feature that buyers must select a reason for the low star reviews and reviews for don’t like/ doesn’t fit will not affect your rating! All the communication I’ve ever had from the support on this app is stellar! I sell on 4 other platforms and You won’t find a more responsive support system than on curtsy! The app does a great job at circulating listings and curating styles- I put so much less work into having to promote my own sales for this reason in comparison to poshmark or Mercari so the 20% fee is reasonable in this respect. All re-sell apps have their pros and cons but the owners of curtsy are constantly improving and are conducive-to feedback from users so I can’t wait to see how the app grow in the future!

Great but Glitchy

The app works great except sometimes it glitches out and goes back to my home screen. It’s really annoying when I try to make an offer but then I lose my spot and have to find the item all over again. However, the app is a great idea and I love it!

Curtsy sells super cute products. However the customer service experience is not quite the same. Curtsy is better from a selling standpoint. Rather than Poshmark, sellers get their money as soon as item ships. I found myself on the bad end of the buying process. I ordered something months ago and have yet to receive the product. The product was returned to shipper, giving the shipper no incentive to mail back. I was given a credit so I would purchase from them again. However, this was not the full value of my purchase and I have never received a refund. I worked with Clara Agnes Ault but my issue was never resolved. I have never received a follow up email (which I sent Oct 17). My order was placed September 26 and I intended to give it as a gift which stinks that it got lost I would recommend sticking to poshmark because it’s been around for longer and customer service is able to promptly address concerns.

I have both Poshmark & Curtsy, and personally as a college student I find Curtsy to be so much simpler to use. The process of buying & selling is so simple which I absolutely love! I’ve bought & sold many things so far & I have absolutely no complaints about this app!

Initially I left a poor review, but my opinion has definitely changed. I had some grievances with this app due to a lack of clarity regarding seller shipping time, how the app isn’t conducive to resellers, and how a customer service rep handled my issue. After speaking with the David, the CEO, my opinion has completely changed. He resolved one issue with a seller that failed to ship an item and issued credit to my account. Most importantly, he was extremely polite and prompt in his responses and truly took the time to address every point I made with multiple paragraphs in his response. Almost every individual I’ve interacted with from support on other reselling apps has given me nothing but automated cookie-cutter responses that don’t acknowledge the points I’m making. This was not the case here at all! I’m very pleased with the level of customer service I experienced.

They don’t cater to plus sizes.

The sizes go only up to XL and 14. They are missing a huge demographic of customers and for sure lost business from me. (I am plus size and was looking for new-ish clothes.) The app asks to log you in/ sign you up before you can even start shopping/ view sizes.

the app is fine, despite a choppy design and how much they take from my sales, but the AMOUNT of notifications i get daily is INSANE. literally daily i get 30+ notifications from this app, when no one has even interacted with one of my listings?! it’s really screwing with me and making me hate an app that was sort of ok before.

i love the app! it makes buying and selling easy. the only issue i’ve had with it is i’ve had a lot of friends purchase things using my code, and never get $10. it’s not a big deal just kind of disappointing. i love the app otherwise!!

it took me 20 minutes to log in. it kept making me log in every time i got onto the app, and on the fifth time of deleting and downloading it again, i finally was able to stay in. every time i searched something, it said nothing was there. even the categories they have made such as “shoes,” “activewear,” etc. when i closed out the app and tried again, of course before logging back in for the fourth time, it finally started showing things, A LOADING SYMBOL?. this app needs a lot of work.

Easy to list... but I can’t list my own clothes!

No size option for plus sizes? Just downloaded to app and it’s extremely easy to list. I like that sellers get paid quick. However, the fact that you don’t offer size options above xxl or 18 is off putting. As a re-seller, and plus size woman, it’s annoying. I lost a lot of weight and have a lot of clothes I need to get rid of that just aren’t selling elsewhere and thought I would try cross posting some on here but you don’t have the size options available... 68% of women wear a size 14 and up. You are missing out on a huge demographic by excluding plus sizes and stores like torrid from your choices.
