the BEST app & SUPER ADDICTING
I LOVE NIKLAS FONDREN!!!!!
i’ve used other platforms to buy & sell but curtsy is by far the easiest, quickest and most affordable with new deals i’ve ever come across. the selling is super easy and it’s so quick to post items to sell. there are no hidden gimmicks and it’s so easy to contact the seller or ask for additional info. the instagram is super aesthetically pleasing and the curtsy family and atmosphere is super down to earth and it’s so easy to get in contact with them if there are ever any questions. over all, AMAZING.

Sizes only go up to xxl or 14 and when you do look at the xxl stuff there’s only like 4 things. Waste of my time downloading this app.

I absolutely love this app. I have been able to sell so many of my clothes that either I don’t wear anymore or just don’t work for me personally. I have also been able to buy so many things for specific purposes without breaking the bank getting it straight from the store. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because I wish the shipping information was more accurate. There are items/sellers that I want to leave reviews on but for some reason it says in my account that the items are still in transit so I can’t leave a review. I also wish I could review buyers because there have been plenty of times when I’ve had a really difficult customer or a really great customer and id like to be able to leave that feedback.

People will continuously like items but not based on potential buying them but just for the sake of liking them, like an Instagram post. Very few sales and stuff gets deleted or changed. Buying experience was disappointing. Item was not as described, it was not new and had irregularities. It also fit way smaller then the size indicated. Something I mentioned and described when I sold this item on Poshmark. Very easy to look up as a manufacturer points this out. Even more disappointing since the listing came from a Team Curtsy member. Packaging was sloppy.
Worst support/customer service

I’ve tried to contact customer service/support for multiple days in a row and I still never got a response. There was an issue with my order and the buyer and I have been waiting days to try get this fixed. This app is great until you actually have an issue that needs help.

Pretty good app. It’s alittke difficult to start selling, but it isn’t bad once you get the mall rolling. Only thing I don’t like: you can’t promote your items by sharing . You have to pay to promote it

It doesn’t have as much foot traffic for me as poshmark, however I choose it over poshmark :)
