This app is A M A Z I N G! Everything being sold on Curtsy is very trendy and they’re pretty popular brands we love for such an affordable price - who wouldn’t love that !? As awesome as it is for buying cute and very affordable items, it’s also an amazing place to sell your things to make a couple extra bucks so easily! That’s what’s key about this app, they make the process so easy for busy a busy college gal like me! Also, I love how they’re a quick phone call away if you have any questions or need something done. You can even message them and they get right back to you. Love LOVE L O V E this app

I can’t even begin to tell you how frustrating this app is. They edit your photos and change your cover photo for absolutely NO reason at all, they don’t even tell you about it which is sooo frustrating. The support lady is useless every-time Ive had an issue she doesn’t fully answer my question or ignores it. The app has so many glitches especially when it comes to your MONEY. Don’t use this app. Poshmark and everything else is way better and the support team actually helps you and is professional unlike this 20yr old.

I wanted to experience this app due all of the wonderful reviews but I’m unable to do this due to the app not granting me my code. I have already entered my phone number twice and have yet to recetive anything. I think it is unfair if you do not have a Facebook to login that you have to enter a phone number instead. Other options should be Google or something.

Needs a better shipping option

There’s no reason to ever ship 1st class mail! They need to negotiate a better rate with the post office, so that everything goes priority mail. Between the shipping charge, and the 20% commission, this is more more expensive than Poshmark. That makes NO sense! Be competitive if you want to grow this site! I have to laugh about how they suggest you add shipping into your selling price. Great idea, now you’ll pay 20% commission on the shipping charge too! ?

This isn’t a rating on the app, but instead Curtsy itself. Why exactly do your sizes only go up to 18? That’s ridiculous. You aren’t making the clothes. It doesn’t cost you anything to host bigger-sized clothes. Also it’s frustrating how few characters are allowed in the description. I can barely describe the item, point out any flaws, and provide measurements. In fact, I usually can’t do all 3. Thanks for the fatphobia :/ Going to remove my shoe listings and not bother listing anything else.
