No way to add to cart

The app has a virtual cart but no way to add my order to it. So it’s impossible to place an order through the app which makes the app not useful to me.

I am guessing this is a menu only despite there being a cart. Seeing dine-in is closed, many of us would prefer to order ahead and not have to have our CC touching hands when we can pay on mobile. Just a thought. Otherwise, app is useless at this time. Better served using Safari. Please add differentiation vs web. Thank you.

There is no way to order ahead through the app. There’s a menu where you can customize an order. But there is no way to add your choices to the cart.
What’s the point?

What’s the point of downloading an app that you are not able to order online and have the order ready for pickup upon arrival?! Useless app. I don’t need to download an app just to view a menu. That’s what google is for. No prices. Just basically beau, locations, flavors. All things you don’t need this app for. Uninstalling.
App Doens’t Work

I’m trying to order using the app but there is no button to add item to cart. When I go to the cart I get a message stating ‘Please select a location that allows ordering’ I’ve chosen every location in my city to no avail. When I look at the map it doesn’t indicate which locations allow ordering.
Works well but needs more options.

It’d be nice if there were options to add more details for vehicle information. With the current Covid-19 crisis and increase in mobile pick up, I think it would help employees find vehicles easier. When I pulled in I was one of 5 black compact SUVs, and there was no way to add a note to the order, or more specific information to help them out.

Business is 2 miles away and the app says there are no locations close. Unable to order using the app since it does not find any locations. Useless.
