When this app first came out it had such potential. It was fun and best of all it worked. It’s lost all heart since and flat out doesn’t work well. Sad.
This app vs it’s competitors

You guys should take a look at McDonald’s and Burger King. They give promos every day. This app does absolutely nothing that you couldn’t just GOOGLE where a Culver’s is. Why waste the money in app development for this worthless app? Unbelievable.
Bad loop while registering

Normally captcha or the Google image verification gets it right away. I tried for five minutes and it couldn't verify I was human?! After entering all of my sensitive information (which you probably sell as a marketing I do point) I can't even participate in this marketing plan you have on all your cups. Bogus.
Should have carry out option

I personally think y’all should have an order app where we can order through the phone. Chick fil a and other stores are doing it. Isn’t it time for y’all to get modernized also?
Mobile Ordering is a must have.

Wait times at the counters and drive thru’s are way too long. Customers need the ability to order on their phones and carry out or curb side pick up. Chick Fil a is crushing it with this. Suggest some industry benchmarking.

The franchise seems decent. But the local restaurant is owned by some of the worst people I’ve ever met. Apparently, Culver’s will let anyone run one of their restaurants if their credit is good.
App does not use correct time

Open the app around 10:40 AM today (02/07/2018.) Your location at 8600 W 135th in Overland Park, Kansas says “Closed until 10:30 AM.) Please fix the time sync issues.
