CAN’T ADD TO CART

This app would be perfect if you could add your order to the cart. I love all the customizations you can do to your order but there is no pricing and you can’t actually order. Please fix and I would gladly change my rating.

For a restaurant with good food you sure do have a horrible app! I cannot place an order in the app because it won’t let you add anything to your order. The only options are to go back... Please fix, you guys should have plenty of time to fix it with all this Wuhan Flu national shutdown!

The app does not allow you to order anything nor is it easy to navigate which stores allow app ordering.

There is no button to add an item to your cart. There was no error message to tell me what their unique-password-requirements were (just had to guess!). Sorry folks, but this app is a joke. This should have never left a developers workstation. It’s ridiculous that it passed quality assurance. It’s appalling that it was published into production.

App is missing a few options in that you can not add toppings to ice cream with the kids meals. Also I have been utterly unsuccessful in getting it to actually place my order which is a pretty significant shortfall. It just keeps saying uh-oh there is a problem with your order and gives no clue as to what that problem may be. Unfortunate as I really like their restaurant.

Can’t place an order thru the App

I loaded the app in hopes to be able to place an order & pay b4 I got to the restaurant. The App does not allow me to. Kept asking me to choose a location that take mobile orders. This App needs to get with the times. My Culver’s offers curb side service, but I have to pay when I get there. It would be much more convenient for your employees if this was a full functioning App like other food chains have?.

You cant add anything to your cart. I have a brand new iphone 11 running ios 13.4.1, and just downloaded the app, created my profile and still cannot add anything to my cart. What a joke. Would give zero stars...
